 DAY 01
On the way from Bandaranayaka International Airport to Habarana, visit Dambulla Cave Temple (Golden Temple of Dambulla) with ancient statues and paintings which is one of the World Heritages of Sri Lanka.
Over night stay at Habarana.
  DAY 02
With Breakfast Journey starts at 07.00 in the morning from Habarana and do

Anuradhapura.(If needed can get the of a tour guide)
Ancient kings planned the city of Anuradhapura with citadel, gateways, ramparts and moats. It was the first capital and undoubtedly the grandest city of the ancient Ceylon.

Tour in Village Site
Visitors can experience the round tour in the village on Bullock Cart & tour continues with a Boat Safari in the lake which ends from a Chena Cultivation. There you can taste a real traditional lunch. When back to the village, you can sip a tea with juggery in a Coconut Shell
Return back to Habarana.

  DAY 03
With Breakfast Journey starts at 08.00 in the morning from Habarana and visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress.
A marvelous piece of engineering by any standard where the ruins of high ramparts, moats, draw bridges, meandering path to the summit can be seen.
After visiting Sigiriya Rock Fortress Visitors can have optional Ayurvedic Spa Treatments.

The island's medieval capital rose to fame after the decline of Anuradhapura. It is a world heritage site. Many of the ruins are in an excellent condition.
We stop at a Wood Carving Factory to see the skills of Sri Lankan Craftsmen.
Return back to Habarana.

  DAY 04

With Breakfast, Journey starts at 08.00 in the morning from Habarana and visit Kandy.

Hindu Kovil-Matale
Arulmigu Sri Muthumari Amman Hindu Kovil, situated in the historic town of Matale is a very religious Hindu shrine in Sri Lanka. About 200 years ago this kovil was established by the Indian Hindu community specially the South Indian traders who lived and did business in the town and in estates around Matale. Batik Factory
Observe how beautifully the village girls turn out beautiful coloured clothes for different purposes with colourful designs.

Spice Garden
In Matale visit a Spice Garden to see different spices for witch Sri Lanka is famous for. You will be introduced different spices and shown how some of these spices are grown and processed.

Kandyan Dance
Kandyan Dance is a form of dance that originated in the area called Kandy. But today it has been widespread to the other parts of the country.

  DAY 05
With Breakfast Journey starts at 08.00 in the morning
Sri Dalada Maligawa (The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic) is a Buddhist temple in the city of Kandy. It is located in the royal palace complex which houses the Relic of the tooth of Buddha. Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings and is a World heritage site partly due to the temple.

Embekka Devalaya (Embekka Temple)
The shrine consists of three sections, the "Sanctum of Garagha", the "Digge" or "Dancing Hall" and the "Hevisi Mandapaya" or the "Drummers' Hall". Because of the splendid Wood Carvings of its ornate pillars and its high pitched roof, the Drummers’ hall has taken the attention of the visitors.

Gadaladeniya Temple
This site with an ancient monastery is found on the flat rock at Diggala in the district of Kandy. The chief architect of this temple has been a south Indian called Ganesvarachari. Therefore this temple is essentially a South Indian design.

With Breakfast Journey starts at 07.30 in the morning
Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage Visit the Elephant Orphanage at Pinnawala established in 1975 and commenced with seven orphans. Today, some of these orphans enjoy the fortune of seeing their grandchildren born in the same location. The free movement of the herd enhanced the chances for individuals of both sexes to get together and mate.

Back to Bandaranayaka International Airport
